Artist's Statement

Jim Inzero earned his Fine Art Degree in Interior Architecture from Maryland Institute College

of Art. He traveled in Mexico and studied under encaustic painter Ezshwan Winding.

When Jim's career to him from Connecticut to a new home near the Metedeconk River in Ocean County, New Jersey, in 2001 his painting underwent a transformation.

Inzero's art reflects his life-long attraction to the shore and its surroundings. He chooses vibrant colors to convey nautical elements that coincide with his memories of the shore. The movement and serenity in Inzero’s work depicts his gratitude of the ocean environment.
